Salon Policies
I know it's easy to forget an appointment, that has been booked weeks ago. My online booking system sends out a email and text at 48 hours before your appointment and another one asking you to confirm it. If you can't make it to your set appointment please cancel 24 hours before your scheduled time. Otherwise, a fee of 50% will be charged for canceling after 24 hour notice and/or no-show fee of 100% for each service booked.

Children- Please beware the salon environment can be boring and dangerous for the little ones. It isn't recommended to bring them unless they have their own appointment. Kutting Edge is not child proofed. Keep in mind that your hair will reflect my level of distraction when there is a little one underfoot. Thank you so much for choosing us as your salon!
